The purpose of the Application is to facilitate the monitoring, planning and documentation of periodic qualification tests (QTG) and the associated regulatory obligations.

QualiFSTD in no way replaces:

  • the user organisation’s own regulatory analysis;
  • the responsibility of the FSTD manager or the ATO towards the competent civil aviation authority;
  • the legal and regulatory obligations incumbent on the FSTD operator under the applicable EASA regulations (in particular Part-ORA, Part-FCL, CS-FSTD(A)/(H) as the case may be).

The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy and updating of the regulatory information integrated into the Application but does not guarantee the absence of error or omission. It is the responsibility of each user to verify the compliance of their FSTD with the applicable requirements against the official regulatory sources and their competent authority.

The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Application, a service interruption, or an error in the data entered by the user.
